Chinnor and Princes Risborough Railway

This little railway is a credit to all involved. I visited to see a particular engine (9682 as 9789) and was so impressed by the staff who were all VERY freindly and helpful and by the railway which, although modest in its size has a very authentic feel to it. I will be going back and I will take my wife and dogs so that we can take one of the walks described in the visitors guide.

Photographers on Safari

John Wright organises photographic wildlife workshops. I have just come back from one of his Woburn Safari Park workshops and can reccommend it very highly, I was delighted with the whole trip and took some very pleasing images, thanks John!

Steam Recreations

Don Bishop is a great photographer who specialises in 'steam in the landscape' and offers workshops at the West Somerset Railway and other railways, he also organises photo charters at heritage railways around the UK. I recommend him highly to anyone interested in 'train' photography.

Steve Young

Steve is my favourite Bird photographer, his site is well worth a look. He regularly writes for 'Outdoor Photography' and 'Birdwatch' magazines - another good reason to buy them!
