The caption reads:- Launched into traffic at Didcot Railway Centre on 23 august, GWR 0-6-0PT No 3650 leaves Burlescombe transfer shed passing Frome mineral junction box, with Hawksworth auto-trailer W231. The 1939-built locomotive carried blue livery after it was withdrawn in 1963 and was sold to mineral firm Stephenson Clark for use at a mining system in the Amman Valley in South Wales. It may be repainted in GWR Brunswick green at the end of the year. JOHN CARTER
